The Philipstown Climate Smart Task Force is a volunteer steering committee formed by the Town of Philipstown. Its mission includes educating residents and spurring community action to curb our community's carbon emissions and achieve the town's goal of carbon neutrality by 2040. The Task Force is a co-organizer of PFD, its biggest, most ambitious community education and climate action campaign to date.
